An enjoyable drink with several variations in accordance with different tastes. Here is one method that makes an ideal drink for when the weather turns a little chilly and you need a quick pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 500 ml / 17 fl oz hot coffee
- 25 ml 7/8 fl oz Irish whiskey
- Brown sugar (preferred)

- Hot water

- Brew the coffee to the taste you like.
- Whip the cream. Pour the cream into a jug or bowl and lightly whip. The cream is ready when it becomes smooth and doesn't drip off the spoon.
